Inspired by neo-traditional design, Magnolia Parke is a mixed used
development comprised of office space, commercial business
units, multi-family residences, and park view apartments.
The
focal point of the pedestrian friendly community is a 3 acre
park. The park provides a relaxing atmosphere and a passive
recreational area for both visitors and residents.
Surrounding
the park, the Village Square consists of 2 and 3 story buildings
with office and retail space on the first two levels and
spacious apartments on the third levels.
Completing the community are additional retail buildings located along the two main arterial roads, and secluded multi-family units adjacent to the park.
