buildings surrounding the community park. Magnolia Parke’s Village Square
offers pedestrian-oriented "retail streets" with limited curb side parking.
Each
building is comprised of approximately 34,000 square feet of retail and
office space. The bottom floors will house various retail businesses and
services catering to the needs of the community. The seconds floors are
reserved for medical and other professional offices. Spacious upscale apartments
are planned for the top floors with private, secured elevator access.

adjoining community park with its gently curving walkways, pleasing landscaping,
and garden benches offers a passive recreational area and a natural setting
